“Unknowingly, it has been almost 6 years since I joined this meditation.
I remember the time when I first started this meditation. When the guide explained to me the principles of this meditation, actually, I really didn’t understand it at the time but I really wanted to try and experience the benefits of the meditation, so I didn't think too much.
In this way, I started this meditation. As time passed, I slowly changed without knowing it. A lot of negative minds and attachments disappeared and my face began to get bright. The relationships with people also started to become better. I was able to focus on everything I do. It was always good to get up every morning.
When I was a child, I always had a question, "What is life? Why do people live and what is the meaning of life?”. I thought that people should live for money and I should also make money to enjoy life. Since I joined this meditation, I gradually realized the true meaning of life and the laws of the universe.
My husband once asked me why I should join the meditation? What are the benefits of meditation? I only asked him whether or not he felt that he was rarely scolded by me since I joined meditation?! 😂😂 Has my temper improved?! He thought for a moment and smiled at me because he knew that we could communicate very well after I joined meditation.
